The manned reception desk operates 24 hours. I felt safe because they requested ID. Staff members are helpful and friendly. My room included an en suite. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The building was very secure.
The shower lacked provided towels, I had to drip dry. The downstairs bathroom reeked of urine. My room felt more like a prison cell than a standard room. I believe it is quite a lot of money for such accommodation.

The staff seemed friendly and helpful enough.
My room had some issues. The shower head wasn't connected properly to the wall. It made showering difficult. The carpet also had a dirty patch near the bed. This was quite off-putting.
